General Questions
Yes, our e-Commerce storefront allows you to add a product or service to your cart and then send it to your email as a quote. The email quote will have a unique link that will allow for you to purchase the saved cart at a later time.
The e-Commerce storefront currently includes only a few Iron Mountain services. All other Iron Mountain services can be requested by contacting the Iron Mountain Sales team at 800-899-4766 or complete the Contact Form.

Account Questions
Iron Mountain Express (IMX) has relaunched as a new platform; therefore, any previous accounts will not be used. All new orders will be assigned a new account.
No, if you have an existing contract with Iron Mountain, any purchases made through the e-Commerce storefront will not be linked to your Iron Mountain account.
e-Commerce Customers will not be set up with Iron Mountain Connect (IMC) access.

Your Customer ID can be found on your online receipt or on email notices about your scheduled service. The ID is typically 4-6 alphanumeric characters.
Order and Scheduling Questions
e-Commerce has automated the order fulfillment process; therefore, you do not need to interact with a Care agent for scheduling.
Online orders will be scheduled by the transportation team for the next available time in your area within 24 hours of order placement. You will receive automated emails with the scheduled date and time.
Yes, you will need to follow the standard process of requesting a reschedule of your service appointment. Details can be found on the Customer Support Portal.
Payments and Charge Questions

Receipts are emailed immediately at time of purchase. If you need a copy of the receipt at a later date, you can use the Receipt Lookup option on the Help Center to reprint the receipt. You will need your Online Purchase Number and Email Address that was used on the initial purchase.

Yes, you can purchase boxes for shredding. Please note that boxes will be destroyed along with the contents and not returned for future use.
