We will process your account closure without penalization. You will not be charged any additional fees.
Order and Purchases
Unfilled orders will be scheduled with our transportation team accordingly. You can report issues with any outstanding orders to order@ironmountain.com.
You can request refunds and credits for orders at order@ironmountain.com.
You can access the Customer Dashboard application to view purchase history and print any receipts until 12/15/2024. At that time the application will be decommissioned. If there is something with your account that you need access to after this date you can email askcustomerservice@ironmountain.com.
Stored payment information will be securely deleted in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. Any future charge or purchase with Iron Mountain will require setting up a new payment agreement.
Iron Mountain Express will make a final charge on your current stored payment in December 2024.
